Alright, it looks like you're up against a Naruto otaku. The character is a female ninja who harnesses wind powers. Your one chance to really beaat her is to overpower her with speed. She has two final forms. In the first one she becomes more powerful, but slows down. However, in the second, she summons a giant white wolf, which she is attached to by purple veins, which if you can manage to hit, you will be able to kill her since they keep her alive and she only goes into this form once critically injured. Watch out though, this form is incredibly savage. Also, her tails act like grenades, once severed, in the sense that they "shrapnel-explode". She appears to be able to use a technique similar to a clone jutsu in which she replaces herself with shadows, and she is an expert with knives. She is very fast, and killed her last oppponent by forcing air into their body and subsequently made them explode. I think that covers it. Good luck pal, I plan to keep supplying you with intel, because I'm not all that busy.
